Important Client Responsibilities & Extra Costs
To launch your online store, the following external assets and fees are required and are paid directly by you to the providers. These are not included in our service fee.
- !Custom Domain Name: You must own a web address (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com.au). If you do not have one, we can help you register it under your business name.
- !Shopify Website Hosting: You will need to pay Shopify directly for your ongoing store subscription (usually billed monthly or annually by Shopify).
- !Shopify App Fees: If your store requires specialised third-party features (like advanced shipping calculators or loyalty programs), any monthly app software fees are paid directly to the app store.

Because messy product data requires extensive hands-on technical restructuring, our pricing is split into a simple visual build fee plus a data formatting fee based on your inventory size.

Website Design & Base Setup
$1,800 + GST
Covers store design, payment setup, checkout testing, and launch.
Step 2
Product Data Cleaning & Formatting
- Small (1–50 products): $1,100 + GST
- Medium (51–200 products): $2,200 + GST
- Large (201+ products): Custom quote, $15/product
Step 3
Optional Monthly Maintenance
$1,100 + GST / mo

Questions we get asked
What does it cost?
The store build is $1,800 plus GST. Product data is priced by how much of it there is: $1,100 plus GST for 1 to 50 products, $2,200 plus GST for 51 to 200, and a custom quote at around $15 per product beyond that. Optional ongoing support is $1,100 plus GST a month.
Why is product data priced separately?
Because it is where the real work usually is. A store with 30 tidy products and a store with 300 products spread across old spreadsheets and supplier emails are very different jobs, and charging one flat fee would mean overcharging the first to cover the second.
My product information is a mess. Is that a problem?
No, it is the normal starting point. Messy spreadsheets, half-finished exports and data trapped in an old system are what we expect. Structuring it properly is part of the service rather than something you need to sort out first.
What do I pay Shopify?
Shopify’s own subscription and your domain name are paid directly to those providers and stay in your name. They are not included in our fee, and you keep control of both if you ever move.
Do I need the monthly plan?
No. It covers tech and app updates, checkout testing and new product uploads, which suits stores adding stock regularly. If your range is stable you may not need it. Cancel or pause anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Should I use Shopify or a normal website?
Shopify if selling online is the point of the business. A WordPress site if you mainly need to be found and contacted, with products as a secondary thing. We will say so if an online store does not suit how your customers actually buy.
