How much does it cost?
A one-off setup is $550 plus GST. If you want us to keep working on the profile after launch, it is $550 plus GST to set up and then $350 plus GST a month. There is no lock-in: you can cancel or pause the monthly plan with 30 days’ notice.
How long does setup take?
Seven to 14 business days. The variable is Google’s verification step, which can be a postcard, a phone call or a video walkthrough depending on your business. We handle that process for you rather than leaving you to work it out.
Do I have to take the monthly plan?
No. The one-off setup is a complete piece of work and plenty of businesses stop there. The monthly plan suits businesses in competitive suburbs where profiles that keep posting and collecting reviews pull ahead of ones that sit still.
What if I do not have a shopfront customers visit?
Google supports service-area businesses that work from home or on the road, and you can hide your street address while still showing the suburbs you cover. It is a common setup for trades and mobile services.
How many photos do you add?
We organise and upload 10 to 15 of your best photos: team, premises, vehicles or completed work. Photos are one of the parts of a profile customers actually look at, so it is worth sending real ones rather than stock.
Will this get my website ranking too?
Not by itself. A Google Business Profile drives the map results and the local pack. Getting the website itself ranking in normal search results is separate work, which is what Website SEO covers. The two support each other.
