The Elite Club: One Website for Three Audiences, Built From Scratch

The Elite Club came to us with a big idea and no website. They are a London-based TikTok LIVE and creator agency serving three very different audiences: creators who want to grow on TikTok LIVE, brands looking for the right creators, and businesses that need help growing online. They needed one site that spoke clearly to all three, and they needed it on short notice.

The challenge: one website, three audiences

Most websites have one job. The Elite Club’s had three. A creator landing on the site wants to know how the agency will help them grow on TikTok LIVE. A brand wants to know whether Elite Club can find creators who fit their campaign. A business wants ads, SEO, a website or a Shopify store. On top of that, the business offers eight service pillars and 24 individual services.

Put all of that on one page and nobody finds what they came for. The brief was to make every visitor feel the site was built for them, and to turn that attention into applications and enquiries from day one.

What we built

1. Strategy first: mapping the audiences

Before designing anything, we mapped the three audiences, eight service pillars and 24 services into clear user journeys. The home page now asks one simple question, “Pick your path”, and sends creators, brands and businesses to their own journey, messaging and call to action in a single click.

2. A structure that is easy to navigate and easy to rank

We built a services hub, eight pillar pages and a dedicated digital marketing section, all connected with internal links. That structure helps visitors find the right service quickly, and it helps Google understand what each page is about.

3. A premium brand look in WordPress and Elementor

The Elite Club wanted to feel exclusive, so we designed a dark, premium brand system with gold, green and red accents, built in WordPress and Elementor so their team can update content without a developer.

4. Two lead funnels, with no CAPTCHA puzzles

Each audience gets a form that asks only what is needed:

  • Creator application: TikTok handle, UK location and an 18+ check. It takes about two minutes.
  • Business enquiry: a service selector so every enquiry arrives already sorted, delivered straight to the team with reply-to set.

CAPTCHA puzzles cost conversions, so we left them out. Instead, spam is blocked behind the scenes with a hidden honeypot field, a signed timestamp that rejects instant bot submissions, rate limiting of five submissions per hour per IP address, and phone and email validation. Real people never see any of it.

5. Technical SEO from launch day

  • A unique title tag and meta description on all 22 pages
  • Exactly one H1 heading per page
  • Structured data (Organization, Service and breadcrumbs) on every page
  • A clean XML sitemap containing only the pages that should be indexed

6. Fast on every device

We kept the front end lean: self-hosted, preloaded brand fonts, unnecessary scripts removed (emoji scripts, unused block styles and jQuery Migrate), a priority-loaded hero logo and page caching. The result is a site that feels quick and smooth on mobile, where most TikTok creators will find it.

7. Privacy-first analytics

Because The Elite Club serves UK visitors, consent matters. We set up a brand-matched cookie banner and Google Consent Mode for UK and EEA visitors, so analytics only load after consent. Google Tag Manager and Site Kit were connected before launch, so the site was measurable from its very first visit.

8. Accessibility and polish

The small details count: proper page landmarks, an accessible scroll-to-top button, clean accordion code, alt text on every home page image and a custom, on-brand 404 page.

Three lessons for any business website

  1. Know who you are talking to. If you serve more than one type of customer, give each one their own path instead of one page that tries to please everyone.
  2. Remove friction from your forms. Ask only what you need, and block spam quietly instead of making real customers solve puzzles.
  3. Get the foundations right at launch. SEO, speed, tracking and privacy are far cheaper to build in from day one than to fix later.
